Experience complainting a dialogue

Hi everyone, i'm sorry because being late post this blog during the last third week. So, i want share my experience complainting a dialogue with my friend. We were given the task to make a dialogue about two individuals, namely customers and customer service. Our situation is about online shopping. It tells of a customer who is dissatisfied with the condition of the goods he received. We have to make that situation looked like real.
